WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT

Why you’ll love South Korea

Why you’ll love South Korea

you've watched the k-dramas, bought the 10-step skincare and somehow know half a k-pop song off by heart. korea has been on your screen for years. now it's your turn to actually be there, instead of watching it on netflix at 1am. you'll learn a k-pop routine in seoul, stand at the dmz looking into north korea and hear the story of a north korean defector. then it's a hanbok at gyeongbokgung palace, street food in gwangjang market, a night chanting with monks in the mountains, karaoke in busan, and hiking up a volcano at sunset on jeju. korea is easy to fall for and hard to plan alone: a new alphabet, a dmz visit that has to be organised, a temple you'd never find on your own. it's all booked for you, so for 11 days you get to be the main character, not the one sorting the logistics.

Best SK trip

This trip was one of the best decisions I made! Like a lot of the other girls that want to travel but don't have a buddy to go with FFS is a really good choice! I would really recommend this to a lot of people. I had a great time the past 2 week, so much that I don't really want to go back.😂 Also our tour guide was the best I don't think we can ask for anyone better! Yoojin-unni 사랑해 💜

Yoojin was amazing! Would definitely recommend!

Yoojin was amazing and had some much knowledge of Korea which made the 13/14 day trip even more interesting! She was very welcoming and accomodating to all of us girls and even went the extra mile when we wanted to do something in our free time i.e. watching BTS concert together etc. She was always enthusiastic and a pleasure to be around! I really loved the itinerary and loved going between the more popular places like Seoul and Busan to Jeonju and Gyeongju for some relaxation time. Yoojin was also very encouraging when in difficult times particularly when walking up hills or mountains! I would recommend this trip to others and would go again with FFS. ☺️

It was an amazing trip!!!

It was an amazing trip, i was a little nervous before going, what would the girls be like, would i be able to keep up with schedule, etc... But our guide Yoojin was great at answering all my questions and assisting in anyway possible, like booking taxis and resturants. Im so glad i went, it really helped my travel confidence. The experiences and sites were unbelievably beautiful, things i could have only dream of before. The food was delicious, it was overall a well balanced trip with traditional culture and city life, as well as calmer days and a more active days, plus the girls were so lovely and genuine, we clicked in seconds, even with different travel backgrounds, it was all our first time in south korea, we each help out and supported each other when needed, even if we were off doing our own things we would swap photos and recommendations. Absolutely best time of my life, highly recommend and i look forward to more adventures

Would come back!

recently went on this Korea tour and overall had a really great experience. We were able to visit a wide variety of places and see a lot of the country in a relatively short amount of time, which I really appreciated. It felt like we got a good mix of cultural, historical, and popular spots. Our tour guide, Yoojin, truly made the experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You could tell she really cared about making sure everyone had a good time, and she shared a lot of interesting insights that made each stop more meaningful. The only downside for me was the hotel locations. I wish we had stayed in more centralized areas, closer to shops, restaurants, and things to do. A few of the accommodations were a bit farther out, which made it harder to explore on our own during free time. Overall, though, I would still recommend this tour—especially if you’re looking to see a lot of Korea without having to plan everything yourself. And if you get Yoojin as your guide, you’re in great hands!

Incredible time

I had such an incredible time! The tour guide, Yoojin, was so knowledgeable and fun to be around. I’d never taken a group trip like this before so it was a bit nerve-racking but she was so helpful. It was great to meet a group of girls and fit so much in. I love Korean culture and history and I feel like I learned so much. A lot of locations and activities were packed in so I felt like it made the most of the time, but there was also a good amount of free time.

Group trip with fun activities

A great group trip to South Korea for first time solo travellers or for girls who don't want to travel alone! The itinerary is tailored to 20- to 30-year-olds (K pop dance class, Hanbok dressing, karaoke, etc.) and you will get to experience the country and its people from a unique perspective, with an amazing tour guide who recommends the best restaurants (Yoojin!). However, the itinerary is poorly planned. Some days are packed, others mostly free. There is a lot of free time (a few hours here and there) but it is never enough to actually do another activity outside of the itinerary. If you are interested in nature and history, this tour is probably not for you, both are rarely featured. It is more about the experiences and activities with the other girls. :-)

Amazing experience in South Korea

Overall, the tour was amazing. I really liked that it had a variety of activities and that we went to so many places across Korea. Our tour guide Yoojin was amazing. One critique was that the pace of the trip was very fast and there wasn’t much time to relax some days.

“Well organized and accommodating”

Our tour was so well organised and accommodations were lovely. It was my first group trip and solo travelling experience internationally and safe to say I will always try to book with females flying solo. The company was so accommodating and gave us all the information we needed before departing to ease the anxiety of travelling. The FFS representative Imogen was so lovely and went out of her way to include everyone and put us at ease. So happy with the time I’ve spent in South Korea and all the lovely girls I have met!

Fun introduction to what the country has to offer

I liked the variety of experiences and activities. The amount of places we were able to see was also great. However, some of the activities didn't feel very authentic (e.g. yoga) and took time away from more interesting things. The itinerary didn't always feel well thought out, with activities/sights taking us from one end to the other of the area we were in, meaning a lot of time was spent getting there. Free time was usually early in the morning or just a couple of hours in the afternoon, not giving enough time to explore.

It was a great trip to South Korea

It was a great trip to South Korea, we got to see so many different areas that I wouldn’t have thought of booking if I was travelling by myself. There was a good variety of modern and traditional South Korea activities. It’s also a great way to make friends from all over the world

Korea October 2025

I really appreciated the tour‘s layout and the amount of activities was great. I felt like I was able to see more of Korea than on my own while meeting new people. The one thing I would advise is to pack light and only one piece of luggage to move around since public transportation is used and we were not directly advised beforehand. There are options for storage and sending luggages though once traveling.

Great tour for young ladies!

The tour was great and the activities were very appropriate for the audience and for people with different interests. I felt that parts were disorganised because of One Life travel, such as not including me on the WhatsApp group chat so I didn’t know where to go for the hotel, not booking the Seoul hotel, etc. There was a good mix of planned activities and free time which was so good. The length of the trip was good though would prefer to have more time in Busan. Overall the trip was great for single girls who want to travel but don’t want to do it solo and are worried about age gaps with other tour groups.

FFS South Korea Trip 🫶🏻

I recently joined the South Korea trip with females flying solo and can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had! It’s the perfect way to explore a new country with likeminded girls while still maintaining the freedom of solo travel - without ever actually feeling alone. Our tour guide, Cherry, was an absolute gem. Having a local guide made all the difference - she shared amazing recommendations that we never would have found on our own. Every activity on the itinerary was fun, engaging, and thoughtfully planned, making it easy to immerse ourselves in the culture and enjoy something new every day. FFS creates a welcoming and fun environment that’s perfect for solo female travelers. The group vibe was incredible, and I’ve come away with new friendships and unforgettable memories. I’d 100% recommend the South Korea trip to anyone considering it, and I’ll absolutely be booking with FFS again. Zero complaints - just have an open mindset, get ready to pose for all the group photos and enjoy the adventure.

The most spontaneous thing I've ever done

The most spontaneous thing I've ever done turned out to be an absolute dream! For two weeks in June, I joined the Instagram group females flying solo on a trip across South Korea with 15 incredible girls I had never met before. As a first-time solo international traveler, this group gave me the security and confidence to do something I've always wanted to do but was too nervous to try alone. From June 13-26, we explored a country I've dreamed of visiting for years. The camaraderie of the girls was so genuine, and friendships grew so quickly over our time together. Every single moment and activity was a positive experience and a lasting memory. Leaving South Korea was hard, but saying goodbye to the amazing women I had grown to adore was even harder. I can't wait for my next trip with females flying solo 🫰🏼
